Behind Blues are five people brought together by a shared vision: to create something truly independent. Not driven by corporate hospitality, big-chain thinking, or copy-and-paste experiences, but by passion for great products, great people, and doing things properly.
That independence shapes everything we do.
From the drinks to the food, the ingredients to the brands we work with, everything has been personally chosen by us because we believe in the quality and the people behind it.
We care about where products come from, how they’re made, and whether the values behind those businesses align with our own.
As much as possible, we look to support local producers, independent suppliers, and artisan brands, because we believe hospitality should help build a stronger local ecosystem. We want Blues to be a place that supports the wider community around it, not just another venue serving products from one big brand to another.
For us, hospitality is personal.
